Hi, we are trying to untangle some info and put in a helper column to show where "FullSearch" is available.

The trouble we have is that the FullSearch has been jumbled into the same Field as the classifications, hopefully this may try to show what we are trying to do....

FindFullSearch-01-Question.xlsx
ABCDE
1RowClassificationHelper-01: FullSearch "Identifier"Manual Notes to ( hopefully!) help explain
22AlphaNThe classifications are arranged A-Z, but the Full Search info has accidentally been jumbled into the classifications.
33AlphaNRows 2-5 are all Alpha
44AlphaNThere is no change of classification until Row 6.
55AlphaNAs Row 6 does "not" equal FullSearch, then the Helper Column to see if it contains "FullSearch" remains "N" on all of the rows with "Alpha" (2-5 inclusive)
66BetaYRow 6 is Beta. The next change of classification is "FullSearch" (on row 7) so therefore the Helper Column for Rows 6 & 7 are "Y"
77FullSearchY
88CharlieYRows 8 to 11 are all Charlie. And the next change of classifcation (i.e. where it does "not" equal Charlie) is "FullSearch" on Row 12, so the helper column will be "Y" for all of the rows where the classification is "Charlie" (rows 8-12 inclusive)
99CharlieY
1010CharlieY
1111CharlieY
1212FullSearchY

Huge thanks for taking a look!
