Hello!

I'm trying to create a formula to categorize an actual report's records, based on another pre-based estimated columns. (pic below)

My conception is, to find the right channel group to cell i5 and below, based upon the actual report's channel, date and the closest time compared to the estimate.

The channel groups can be found from an estimate with the same channels, but differentiated to different channel groups (e.g. cba could be maxi_2 or maxi, but in different times - highlighted in bold).

So, the final text in i5 should be one of the channel groups from column D based upon the channel, date, and closest time comparison.

Thanks alot for any suggestions and help.

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
