I have 2 sheets in a workbook. Inbound/Outbound is a call center log of daily activity. Sometimes they make a sale (column P). Column A is the date of the call. Ideally, when I change the date on the Daily Recap, the formula will pull the customer name, Equipment, Plan, and Agent information from the Inbound/Outbound list and deliver the results to the Daily Recap. Thanks in advance, I have spent a lot of time trying to figure this one out.

Excel Facts

Save Often
If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Which version of excel are you using? if you are on excel 365 you can just do a simple filter function and it will pull everything.

Thanks for the response. I am using 365 and I am currently filtering copying and pasting. I am trying to automate the process of the daily report.

I am using 365

I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)
