find record latest one

Hi All,

I have assign x = TxtProjectID.value (text box)

x value are in another workbook called "Timesheet Data" in Col E, with same directory.

x = numeric data.

I have multiple rows in "Timesheet Data". this x value information may exist multiple of times.

What I'm trying to do...

The moment i will paste x value in TxtProjectID.value (in text box), it will find in "Timesheet Data", Sheet2.

from below to up (for latest row record). The moment it will find latest entry..all the corresponding value's are paste in text boxes (which i will mention)

Can any one please help on this, find and paste code..

I want to find 123 but latest one..i.e. Task id 14, How do i achieve this in code..
