Find Most Frequent Occurence

I am trying to develop a query that pulls the most common occurring name. There is a table that stores shipments based on a carrier, customer and the account manager. I am trying to determine for each carrier which account manager appears most. How would I go about this?

you could use a simple countif if you have a list of names, it could be RANK or maybe a pivot table. I think a pivot would be best, but it may depend on what you want to do with the info later
