Find minimum rows from column A that would cover all columns

Dear Experts,

Kindly asking for help in following case:

Initial table contains Roles in column A, and names of Transactions, column B until column R.
Transactions are contained in Roles, marked with 1 in cell.

I need to filter minimum set of Roles from column A, which would cover all Transaction.

This picture will help to better understand:

In this case i manually determined that 4 differently colored Roles, from column A, have all transactions inside.

Any other solution to propose, other than manual?
