find date from week number

Hi all,

is there a way of finding the date from a week number and visa versa?

Criteria
The year ending date is always 30th June or the earliest working date if on a weekend (week 52)
Therefore the 1st July or first working day after that is the start of the new financial year (week 1)
It isn't necessarily the Monday.
can it account for a leap year?
