Hi,
I am attempting to streamline the parking rota at work, and oh my, is it complicated now with hybrid working in play, 200 staff and 7 parking spaces (yes, 7 spaces!)

What I need is a formula that will display the last time someone was allocated a space. Below is the set up:
Tab 1 = User list - names in Column B. I want Column L to display when the user last was allocated a space
Tab 2 = Car parking rota - space numbers in Column B, Dates of spaces in Row 2 and names in C3:L9 (this is 2 weeks worth of parking spaces).

The info in C3:L9 will be a Data Validation List of the User list. I "just" need a formula that looks for Person 1's name from Tab 1 Column B in Tab 2 cells C3:L9 and where it is a match , provide the latest date from Row 2.

I have attached copies of Taab 1 and 2. I really hope someone can help with this!

Thank you for your time :)
