Find cell reference for last cell with data for each row

I have this spreadsheet set up. I need to find the cell reference for the cell with the last data in the row and then the date associated with that cell. Your help is appreciated

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
