I have searched the forum and have been unable to find the answer. I have a cell that is used for data validation and as I build the sheet I am finding that a good portion of the cells are blank which is what the validation is supposed to prevent.

To build the spreadsheet I would like to go through the column and any cell that is blank insert the word "Override" in it so I can come back when the appropriate value is available and insert it.

Help please...

Hi, welcome to the board.
Try this
Code:
Sub blnks()
Columns("[COLOR=#ff0000]O[/COLOR]").SpecialCells(xlBlanks).Value = "Overide"
End Sub
Change the column letter in red to suit
