Find and replace across multiple subfolders

I wanted to run a macro that would perform a find and replace function across workbooks in multiple subfolders. I also wanted it to exclude certain named folders.

I cobbled together something that would do this, which may be of use, which you can find here.

Please note that it will not search in the initial named folder, only the subfolders.
