I want to apply a rule where my name is in the To field and no one else and move such mail to specific list

There are some email distribution group where my name is also in that group. Those groups are mostly mentioned in cc list. Hence my name might also present in cc list

I only want those mails where someone has kept me in to field and no one receipt is mentioned.

Please advice

Still not working . Someone kept me in the To List only . However my name was also in distribution list in CC . the email move to specific folder due to others rules . I tried to keep this rule on Top and also tried to place in the bottom of the rule . still same issue.
