Hello

I am trying to produce something which when ran will give me the value of a cells.

The workbook is made up of Sheet 1 and Sheet 2.

Sheet 1 will be populate by a dump of data from a different workbook and wont always be the same in size due to different number of periods. What i need is to search along Row 5 until it finds the word Total and then once it finds this word to pull the value of the cell that is located 8 rows directly beneath it.

Once it has this value i then need it to populate a cell on Sheet 2 (E9)

I am not having any luck with searching the forum so hoping one of the whizzes can help out!

Thanks :)

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
