find a user from another row

I have a list of user accounts in row F
If I add any other new user account in row A then it should find in row F if it already exists and give me "Active" in row E

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
One way (assuming you mean columns not rows)
