Find a table via ID, then index match it

Thanks for taking the time to look at this post. I hope I'll be able to explain what the help I need! Basically, I have a sheet with a series of tables, descending. There is a series of information across the top of each entry, including a unique ID, then some irrelevant information, then the table I need to index match from. The series continues down the sheet. What I'm hoping excel can do is identify the unique ID, then look down at the table and read across it to get the information I need, and do so all the way down the sheet. The tables are not all the same length, but there are other (irrelevant) tables below that mean I'm not too worried about overlap, as they don't change in length too much

In the example above, I need it to recognise the ID number, then pull the results for qualification B for each subject. Everyone will take sociology and french, but the other could be anything. I then need it to do this again for the next ID. Is this even possible?
