First of all I would thank Fuji, Dante more for help in previous threads.
now remains one step to complete my project .
I add listbox3 so when show data in listbox1 then I would merge amounts for each column based on SHEETS NAMES column and add BALANCE column to sum amounts columns PAID:NOT RECEIVED except VFTY sheet should subtract RECEIVED column from PAID column and ignore NOT PAID, NOT RECEIVED from calculation .
in lastrow in listbox3 MK= should subtract amount for MK sheet in BALANCE column from amount in MS sheet in BALANCE column,MT=should subtract amount for MT sheet in BALANCE column from amount in ATS sheet in BALANCE column.
as to VFTY sheet will not do any thing in lastrow .
TOTAL row should sum each column , NET RECEIVED should subtract amount in TOTAL row in RECEIVED column from NOT RECEIVED column , NET PAID should subtract amount in TOTAL row in PAID column from NOT PAID column .
by the way this is only sheets names so the calculation will be for just theses sheets.
so the data in listbox1
and result in listbox3
