So I have appended multiple querries via excel and I now need to filter out multiple regions at once. Normally without using excel it would be a three stage process, first sort a-z the region code, then search for "England" go to the last mention of "England" and delete all the rows below it. I guess I could load the data and just delete all the data below England. However, if i wanted to delete the rows with the non england rows what would i need to do? I could manually untick every non England part but there; like 70 regions. I copied the rows with the regions that were superfluous, and then created a pivot table so i will just have a column with the row values without repeating. However if i wanted to untick the regions like the sample below in one step what would i need to do? It's the final step so I guess it's not that much of an imposition but still.
