Filter out negative currency amounts; only summing positive

Hello,

I have a table with a field that is datatype of currency. Within this column I have some rows where the currency amount came out negative.. (long story).. anyway... I am trying to filter out the rows that have this wrong negative currency amount but not able to use 'not like' since it's not a string.. any ideas?
In the end I am trying to get a sum of only the positive currency amounts.
