I have an Access database form and in the form I have a button which generates a report. However, I only want the report to contain the records where the value in a particular field equals a specific value. (eg. value in column titled 'City'='Pittsburgh') How do I do this?

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
in the click event for your button use

docmd.openreport "my report name",acviewpreview,, "[City]='Pittsburgh'"
