Filter OLAP pivot by list of items

Hi there, I hope someone can help me. I really need to filter my pivot table based on OLAP cube with list of styles. Is there a way to do that? I would have a list of items in column b1:b10 and I expect that the filter gets updated anytime I change a value on in the list. Much appreciated with your help on this
