filter many files with the same table headers

I need to filter the data of tables, of different files, contained in the same folder "GEONAMES - FILE EXCEL", according to the settings entered in the file setting.


the columns to be filtered are:


1) g and h based on one of the values contained in the respective columns;
2) or, p, q according to these criteria:>; <di; = a; > = a; <= a; <>; descending; growing.


After filtering the data, I would like to extrapolate column "B" or all the filtered lines.
