Filter - Keeping a Constant Row

Hello, I am creating a spreadsheet to be used by people who are unlikely to use anything but auto-filter.

In this spreadsheet, I have several rows that I want to remain on the view, regardless of the auto-filter selection. Please see my example below.

If column A is filtered for Europe, I still want Global to appear, or if B is filtered for Japan, I still want Global to appear. However, if C is filtered for February, the January Global can disappear.

Is anyone aware of a way to do that that is very user friendly (i.e. it does not require a custom filter)?

Thanks!
