Filter function on a Shared Excel File

Please see below. I am using the function on a shared file and it will only pull one cell at a time. However, on an unshared excel file, the function will work properly. Is there a reason/solution to this?

=FILTER('01'!Q16:Q82,ISNUMBER(SEARCH("?",'01'!K16:K82)),"No comments")
