filter function doesnt grab the headers

sometimes i find that it does, though

=FILTER('Source Bond'!A1:AA20000,'Source Bond'!T1:T20000=1400)

it'll only pick up the actual data, not the headers on row 1

I am assuming because T1 doesn't equal 1400. You could do a VSTACK like this:

Excel Formula:
=VSTACK('Source Bond'!A1:AA1,FILTER('Source Bond'!A1:AA20000,'Source Bond'!T1:T20000=1400))

Another option
Excel Formula:
=FILTER('Source Bond'!A1:AA20000,('Source Bond'!T1:T20000=1400)+('Source Bond'!T1:T20000='Source Bond'!T1))
