Can someone advise what is wrong with the Criteria 1 segment pleas?

With ActiveSheet
lrow = .Cells(.Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Row
Set rngtarget = .Range("A2:P" & lrow) 'Set begin row here
With rngtarget
.AutoFilter field:=16, Criteria1:=Not "East" Or "West"

End With
rngtarget.Columns("P").SpecialCells(xlCellTypeVisible).FormulaR1C1 = "Central"
rngtarget.AutoFilter
End With

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Try
Code:
.AutoFilter 16, "<>East", xlOr, "<>West"

I guess you want to filter everything different from East and different from West

Code:
.AutoFilter field:=16, Criteria1:="<>East", Operator:=[COLOR=#ff0000]xlAnd[/COLOR], Criteria2:="<>West"
