I have a form that i am using as a search tool, using "Filter by Form." When I click on filter by form, I usually get a drop-down box for every field in my form to make selections. In my drop-down the options to select are: "Is Null", and "Is not Null" rather than the names of my employees. What am I doing wrong? becuase the query that this form is getting its information from has records. Can anybody help?

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
By default the filter by form list is limited to 1000 records.
To change the default go to Tools | Options | Edit/Find
