Filter by Colour across multiple Columns in one action

Hiya, I feel I have a simple query, but I'm not able to find a straightforward answer.

Id like to filter (don't mind how its done), on the below table to see the red cell or green cells only? Would really appreciate some guidance

Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
You can Filter by cell color.

@The Monk the short answer is no - filters work on entire rows not individual columns. So using the sample you provided, if you filtered column B to show only colored cells, then row 4 would be hidden (among others) which would also hide the coloured cell in column L - which I don't think is what you're looking for. You could write a macro to hide rows where there are no coloured cells - rows 11 & 12 in the sample provided - but is that acceptable?
