Hi All,

I have a workbook that as two sheets with master data. Each week I have to send only the relevant data to specific users. I need a macro that will select the criteria on the filter, on each sheet in 'Column B' with everying except the data that need to be sent to the user and delete those visible rows, then unfilter the column leaving the desired data only. Once this is done, then to copy these two sheets to a different work book and to save the file with a specific name. Then to undo the deletion on the master work book and then re-do but with different data. The below is the filter data needed and the file name needed to each. Hope this makes sense and I will be grateful if i can get any help.

Sheet names - Telemetry Results and Telemetry Perfomance
Column B Filter and select - Everything except 'Sheffield', 'Warrington' and 'Cumbernauld'
Copy to different work book and save as Regional Telemetry Report - Region 1
once saved, edit links and break link

Then Undo deletion on master workbook

Sheet names - Telemetry Results and Telemetry Perfomance
Column B Filter and select - Everything except 'Birmingham', 'Bristol', 'Milton Keynes' and'Dartford'
Copy to different work book and save as Regional Telemetry Report - Region 2

Then Undo deletion on master workbook

Sheet names - Telemetry Results and Telemetry Perfomance
Column B Filter and select - Everything except 'Birmingham' and 'Bristol'
Copy to different work book and save as Regional Telemetry Report - Region 2 West

Sheet names - Telemetry Results and Telemetry Perfomance
Column B Filter and select - Everything except 'Milton Keynes' and 'Dartford'
Copy to different work book and save as Regional Telemetry Report - Region 2 East
