filling column based on other cell criteria

you can see in columns B-G is a list of what day people are off then you see a list in columns n and p that match that. i am wanting to make it so that if i put a name into column n and a day in column P it automatically adds the name on the correct day in the list in columns b-g with no blank cells between the names in that column. is this possible? any help would be appreciated

Clear all cells in B23:G23 down & input the formula again.
