Fill in missing date with 2 conditions by copy paste

Hi there,

I'm trying to fill in missing dates on my "B" Column by searching empty cells within the column and comparing those empty cells with their parallel "C" Column cells for data. Upon meeting the 2 conditions, the formula would copy the date immediately above the empty "B" cell and paste to the empty "B" cell that has data to its right side on the "C" column. I have hundreds of these empty cells for which I need to replicate the date and thought a formula would help but have no idea how to write it.
