I have a template spreadsheet for tracking forecast and actual figures, which will be used by many people as so needs to be flexible.
On a summary worksheet, there are rows summarising process data in section 1, with one summary per row. It picks up its data from section 2 in another sheet, where the data is on two rows per process.
Need Section 1 to be flexible enough to fill down, add rows etc. so the increment in the formula needs to be two rows.
Process A refers to rows 6 and 7
Process B refers to rows 8 and 9
So a fill down needs to go 6,8,10,12 etc. Or need some formulaic method
I've have a sample which I hope explains the problem.

Advice and ideas most welcome
