Hello.
Please help me fill down to a row # specified in another cell or fill down a specified number of cells.

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Hello!
For example:
fill down to a row # specified in another cell
VBA Code:
Sub FillDown1()
Dim FirstOfRange As Range, FillRange As Range, FillCount As Long, FirstRow As Long
    Set FirstOfRange = Range("A1")
        FirstRow = FirstOfRange.Row
        FillCount = Range("C1").Value
    If (FillCount < 1) Then MsgBox "Larger number please!": Exit Sub
    Set FillRange = Range("A1:A" & (FirstRow + FillCount))
        FillRange.Range("A2:A" & Range("A1").End(xlDown).Row).ClearContents
        FirstOfRange.AutoFill Destination:=FillRange, Type:=xlFillSeries
End Sub
fill down a specified number of cells
VBA Code:
Sub FillDown2()
Dim FirstOfRange As Range, FillRange As Range, LastRow As Long, FirstRow As Long
    Set FirstOfRange = Range("A1")
        FirstRow = FirstOfRange.Row
        LastRow = Application.InputBox("Enter last row # to fill", , , , , , , 1)
    If (LastRow < 2) Then MsgBox "Larger number please!": Exit Sub
    Set FillRange = Range("A1:A" & LastRow)
        FillRange.Range("A2:A" & Range("A1").End(xlDown).Row).ClearContents
        FirstOfRange.AutoFill Destination:=FillRange, Type:=xlFillSeries
End Sub

Thank you very much!
I’m excited to give this a try in a few hours.
I appreciate your time.
