I need to fill a column of my table with VBA as follows:

IS100
IS110
IS120
IS130

I can select the range as follows but not sure how to proceed after:

Range("table_admin[Sequence]")

many thanks
Andrew

Untested, but I think this should work...

Range("table_admin[Sequence]") = ["IS"&100+10*ROW(1:999)]

Note that if you have, or could have, more than 999 rows of data in your table, then increase the 999 to a value that would cover the maximum number of rows you would ever expect to have in your table.
