Hi all hopefully someone may be able to help i have a 6 workbooks.1-5 contain the data from the different offices about the times they are working. I import the data into workbook 6 onto different worksheets. i displaythem in a Gnatt style chart which i have created using the following Formula.

=and(Sheet2!B%10%<=c%4,Sheet2!%C%10=>D%4)

this would then fill the cell grey, then i would like to repeat it for the row below using b11 etc and so on. is there a way i can do this to multiple worksheets at the same time without having to write it in for every row i do it.
i have approx 10 rows Worksheet/Workbook.

thanks for any help you may be able to provide.

Richie
