File with form Crashing

Hi All,

I made a form in a file which has about 70 questions. It has a few basic functions which basically add and remove members details from a database in the background.

However whenever I have added about 5 or 6 people and save and close the file seems to crash with the "Excel needs to close" error message.

Has anyone come across this before and more importantly would you know a way around this?
