Good day.
Perhaps a long shot here. Short version: I've created a form that includes an area where users can insert multiple files. Everything works great except that, when the sheet is saved after a user has inserted a ".msg" file, the icon I've assigned to such files appears to be overridden by the standard "envelope" icon and the file label I've assigned is replaced with the full name of the saved message, which elongates the entire icon to the length of the file name. This only happens on the .msg file.
I have everything designed to be uniform (about a square inch per icon) and this completely ruins that.
***this is where I tried to include a couple of screenshots, but the preview showed me that they didn't come across***
I tried limiting the number of characters for the file label, then tried replacing the file label with "Email" as you see above, but the same thing happens with every case. All of my settings go away and the actual file name is brought in. I can come up with a workaround if needed but I would much prefer to find away to keep the icon intact.
Anybody seen this before? Hopefully this makes sense without the visual.
Thanks much.
