My co-worker and I are trying to resolve an issue. We have a system report download that we are both trying to open. When I click the file to open (from an email) we both get a pop up that comes up that says " the file you are trying to open is in a different format than specified by the file extension. Verify that the files is not corrupt and is from a trusted source before opening the file. Do you want to open the file?" we say yes. And then my next pop up is the text import wizard. My co worker does not the the text import wizard pop up and his report has hundreds of lines fewer than mine that generates from the text import wizard.
How do we get his excel to automatically pull up the the text import wizard?
