File error:data may have been lost

PC A & B : win7 , x64 , 4GB RAM , microsoft office 2010
PC C : win7 , x64 , 4GB RAM , microsoft office 2007
sample.xls is sharing from server for everyone.

PC A & C can view sample.xls completely without any error.

PC B open sample.xls and popup "File error:data may have been lost",

after click "OK" 7~8 times for the error message,and show nothing in document.(already try to repair microsoft office and the document,but still cannot fix it)

sorry for my poor english,and hope everyone here can help me... :(
