File being used by PQ - not able to overwrite or delete CSV file

Is it possible to get around the problem that PQ uses / holds the file after I have loaded it into a table?

I do a little trick and retrieve the file path with the named area and Excel.CurrentWorkbook (), I do not think it matters.

What do you think?
