Hello!

I have a worksheet with purchases and sellings for 2 products (Article #1 and Article #2).

As I don't know how to insert the original worksheet, I put a picture of it.

I'd like to know what formula will give, in U7 and V7, the daily stock of Article #1, based on the FIFO method (quantity in U7 and value in V7).

The purchases (columns B:I) are made when necessary, but the sellings (columns L:Q) come every day.

Thanks a lot!

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
