Field Switch (Title Case) in Word

I'm working on a Mail Merge from Excel and the names are all in capital letters. To fix this I am using a Title Case switch to capalize just the first letter....

but I'm running into an issue when there are two names. I want to insert "and" as text (if and when there are two names) but the switch causes the text to appear as "And". I'm thinking an IF statement would work but the more I look into that, the more I get confused.

Am I on the right trail? Any suggestions?

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
Hi James,

Word's 'Caps' switch doesn't perform a title-case conversion function - it simply capitalizes the first letter of each word. If the 'and' is part of the mailmerge data, rather than something you're inserting into your own field coding, you have no control over it's formatting other than what you can do for the field as a whole. If you need that level of control, I suggest modifying the source data and foregoing the 'Caps' switch.

Thanks for looking at this with me.

I have been doing some more searches and found a link that pointed me to the Rules dropdown menu -- it makes writing the IF statment much easier (kinda like the Function menu in Excel or the Split Screen in Dreamweaver) and was able to get it to work.

MENU: IF (Field Name) (Comparison) (Insert this text)
FORMULA: IF (Second Person) (is not blank) ( and )
RESULT:"James Doe and Jill Doe"

Thanks again for your time!

James
