I have a powerpivit import that is picking up data from another Excel file (CurrentMonth[Summary])

I have 2 questions

1.
The Summary worksheet is totally link and formula driven

For some reason all my numeric values appear ok as do my first 3 Alphanumeric columns but my last column S shows 0/Blanks.
I can deal with the zeros but I need the text

Update:
The first 3 Alphanumerics are hard coded not formulas, is this the issue, text formulas do translate to Powerpivot?

Has anyone else come across this.

2.
Is there a way to pull in data starting from Row 4

Regards
Totally Confused

Excel Facts

Control Word Wrap
Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
It appears that Powerpivot does not like to pull in text formulas, I have set up a helper column that that applies a code to the text 0,1,2,3 etc) and the code pulls in which I can then translate back again later in my report.
