Hi ,
In 2017 I wrote an addin with a module that I badly need to copy into a new version of the same addin which I unfortunately named the same as the old one.
Is there any way to rename the old addin or to just extract the wanted module from it without opening the old addin?
Thanks a lot for your any help or hint.

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
Why can't you open the old one and export it from there?

Hi RoryA, , thanks for your answer. I found the old addin, somewhere in a very old folder. The new addin had the same name and I couldn't afford the risk to uninstall it to replace it bij the old one.
I solved my problem now by installing the old one on an old pc where I could copy the needed code to WORD.
So the issue is solved. Thanks anyway.
