Good Morning,

I am able to export some data from a DOS program I use at work that includes names and hours on work orders completed. I want to be able to pull the total by name into a separate, sortable column. I appreciate your help in advance.

Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
How about
Code:
Sub Totalammounts()
   Dim Rng As Range
   With Sheets("[COLOR=#ff0000]Sheet2[/COLOR]").Range("C2", Sheets("[COLOR=#ff0000]Sheet2[/COLOR]").Range("C" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp))
      For Each Rng In .SpecialCells(xlBlanks).Areas
         Rng.Offset(, -2).End(xlUp).Copy Sheets("[COLOR=#ff0000]Sheet1[/COLOR]").Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1)
         Rng.Offset(1, 2).Resize(1).Copy Sheets("[COLOR=#ff0000]Sheet1[/COLOR]").Range("B" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1)
      Next Rng
   End With
End Sub
Change sheet names in red to suit. Assumes that Data starts in A1
