Extracting text that starts with specific string from random order dataset

I need to extract text from a column that will be in random order.

The text will always start with "NCT" and be at total of 11 characters.

Alsace EudraCT Number: 2008-005024-90 NCT00978107 RECF1238 TG4023.01 TRANSGENE TG4023.01 TrialTroveID-105616

Sorry, I am struggling with various RIGHT, LEFT, etc. and I think it needs something more complicated.
