Extracting Text in middle of string with different lengths and ends

I'm trying to extract
"social-studies/holidays-and-culture"
from

"/content/classroom_magazines/watchandlearn/videos/social-studies/holidays-and-culture/100-days-of-school.html"


The begining is always the same:
/content/classroom_magazines/watchandlearn/videos/

But the tail end is variable:

"100-days-of-school.html"

Help is much appreciated!
