Extracting Text from cell

Hello, Hopefully someone can help with this

I have cells with data like the following
Column K -> CN=Doe\, John K,OU=Unmanage,OU=Users

I would like to have a formula to extract the name

ex: Doe, John K

I've tried many suggestions from other threads, sites, but nothing is working. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
