Extracting email address only from Outlook

Hi,

I need to know if there is a way to code something in an Outlook Macro which will scan all Folders, extract SMTP email addresses to an excel file?
There are probably alot of duplicates as well and I'd want to deal with that as well (NOT bring over duplicates)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
