HI,
I am needing to extract 2 bits of information from this spreadsheet below, all based around numbers in column A which are product numbers. this is for an ordering sheet.
I need to know the next date that the product is needed.
I need to know how much of that product is needed, which is the figures in each cell below date.

What do you mean by "next date product is needed"?
Next date after today, ie if today is 5/06/2018 next date product is needed for 2102 is 11/06/2018,
or earliest date for each product irrespective of what today is, ie 2102 next date needed would be 28/05/2018

With 14/5/2018 in B1

in J3
=IFERROR(INDEX(B$1:I$1,1,MATCH(TRUE,INDEX(B3:I3>0,),0)),"")
for earliest date product is needed

in K3
=IFERROR(INDEX(B$2:I$2,1,MATCH(TRUE,INDEX(B3:I3>0,),0)),"")
for how much product is needed

hi,

what i need in one cell is the next date product 2101 is due so would be 02/07/2018
in another cell I need how much of that product is needed on that date so would be 3.78
thanks for your help

For date

in J3
=IFERROR(INDEX(B$1:I$1,1,MATCH(TRUE,INDEX(B3:I3>0,),0)),"")

For amount

in K3
=IFERROR(INDEX(B3:I3,1,MATCH(TRUE,INDEX(B3:I3>0,),0)),"")

and copy the formulas down the columns
