Is it possible to extract data from a PDF using VBA? For example, an invoice?

If so, can somebody please shed any light on how this can be done?

Thank you!

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
The simple answer is No.

Your best bet is to use a tool to convert it to Excel, but converting an image accurately and consistently is in the realms of AI. For example if someone has stamped the invoice with a received stamp, it would need to isolate that and ignore it. I've tried it on scans of printouts in the past and it always needs a lot of checking and correcting and tbh it's usually just as easy to read the invoice and type it into a spreadsheet yourself. Every blemish on the invoice usually gets converted to some bizarre character in size 6 turkish unicode or whatever the decoder decides is the best match.

You could try the Adobe online converter, you need to pay for a subscription though. it's not much for a personal licence and can do a reasonable job but every figure needs checking.
